I roast these and they have a good flavor and some crunch. Better tasting than the pre-roasted seeds that I got in my prior order.

Love these unsalted sunflowers seeds in the shell. It's my go to healthy snack. It may be my imagination but this last batch didn't taste quite as fresh as usual and the kernels not quite as large?

I purchase human grade seeds so I can eat and share with the chickadees and my chi-pin dog they also love eating the seeds. Good salad addition

I could eat these all day long. I get them raw so I can use them for all kinds of different things. Salads, F-bombs, and just nibbling straight from the bag.

The ones I got were nice and fresh, roasted just right - great sunflower seeds. I recommend keeping them refrigerated if you're not going to consume them immediately, my last bag started to get stale before I finished them.

I chose these as an alternative to pink M&Ms for a baby shower... a less ordinary choice and a big hit!

Candy and chocolate very good and satisfying. The nut meats taste a bit over roasted, but not in a bad way. Strikes a balance against the sweet coatings. I dose these out as an evening treat.

Organic Tamari Roasted Sunflower Seeds are ok, but probably won't purchase again. I usually buy all nuts and seeds raw and organic so my purchase of these was a stretch for me, and the taste wasn't good enough to eat a whole pound myself. Next time I'll buy raw.

Love these salted seeds. I enjoy one ounce at a time a day, measuring with one of those Tupperware salad dressing mini containers. Yum.

These are great for adding to bread recipes, salads, granola recipes and even waffles. I especially like that they're a little bit smaller than non-organic seeds.
