Resistance to heat of most products are evident

I add a heaping tablespoon of this cacao to a mug of hot water and, it’s as if I am having a decadent chocolate dessert. This is my treat after lunch and it’s so satisfying.

The smell on these alone is enough to convince me of their quality—divine. Worth every penny.

Not as fresh

Great product. No issues at all. Taste almost exactly like the Cacao wafer I used to buy from Imlak’esh, co in Santa Barbara that I loved. Theirs went up too much in price and their containers changed and held smaller quantities. Glad I found Nuts.com.

I hesitated to write a review because I do not want to draw attention to the absolute superior quality of this Cacao Powder. Not that this is a secret - it is, after all, available on this site. I just don't want to promote to the point it goes out of stock. You will NOT find a better Cacao powder in any store. I can taste and feel the difference using this powder. There are multiple health benefits from Cacao. Too many to list here. But this is truly the best I have found.

Oh, these are so good! They are tasty on their own and are a perfect, healthy treat for someone on a carb restricted diet. For desserts, these cocao butter discs are a perfect addition to my 'fat bombs' recipe and impart a luscious, delicious chocolatey flavor and wonderful texture! I have not used these in baking but am ordering more for my baked desserts.

My husband wanted to purchase cacao nibs, but had been unable to find them. I had never heard of them but knew just where to look as you’re my go to for hard to find items. Sure enough, there they were. He requested a bag for his birthday and was thrilled to receive it. I’m so glad he introduced me to these tasty little morsels. They are great on their own or sprinkled on fruit, yogurt, or ice cream. We agree that they are a new staple for our pantry. These are a delicious and nutritious option for dark chocolate lovers.

The BEST nibs. These cacao nibs are a great staple for my fellow keto-eaters and low-carbers. I mix them with nuts and eat as keto "granola", sprinkle them on top of berries and unsweetened whipped cream, or stir into a spoonful of peanut butter as a yummy treat. It seems weird to be brand-specific about cacao nibs, but these are a different beast from other nibs on the market: they are the perfect amount of crunchy and chocolatey, and have a nice amount of give. I tried several brands after Trader Joe discontinued theirs, but all the other brands I tried had the texture of broken coffee beans, hurt my teeth, and didn't taste nearly as good. These are the ones!

For me, the flavor of real cacao with no additives or processing is phenomenal. I eat some each day. My palate is a bit strange, but I like raw cacao stirred into my Matcha Tea. I also sneak some into many things I cook regardless of whether most normal people wouldn't. It's fun to experiment.

This cacao powder is delicious and fresh. I like that I can enjoy chocolate flavor without added white sugar. My favorite way to use this is mixed with organic sugar-free and salt-free peanut butter (so just peanuts!) and a small amount of local organic maple syrup, It's pretty thick but you can still spread it on bread or crackers. I haven't tried other brands of cacao powder, I just thought that everything else that I buy from Nuts.com is excellent, so I'll stick with this product.

By far my favorite cacao powder. I mostly use it for my chocolate homemade cake which is delicious and so moist. I don’t even have to use a mixer to make it. Awesome product.

I love the cocoa products. The flavor is top notch and they are fresh.

These are fantastic

I make my own trail mix so, when I started looking for clean, fresh items to add to the mix I ended up getting those from Nuts.com. I mix 6 different ingredients, so I have plenty of protein, fat and carbs to get me through a day of hiking, fishing... I experimented with the different items and have a decent tasting, very healthy blend. This is one of the ingredients.

I mix it into many foods that I eat. I am 89 and try to watch what I eat.

I've tried many organic raw cacao brands, but none of them have the smooth, non-bitter, deep, and rich flavor like Nuts.com. I don't know where they get this product from, but I hope the supplier can maintain the quality of the cacao despite climate change challenges.

Perfect, just as I expected.

What we like about these nibs is that people don't know what the heck chewy crunchiness is doing in our own chocolate chip/tart cherry cookies. So we tell them: not all chocolate is for babies, nibs are "cocoa" trying to get back to their cacao roots!
