Love these pumpkin seeds not overly salty and very good quality seeds! can't stop eating them

Taste is good & good for you!

These always satisfy. I like to roast them in my air fryer with olive oil and Morton's Nature Seasoning. I feel like this batch had smaller seeds than usual, but it's also not pumpkin season, so I'm not surprised or upset. They still taste great!

Discovered these recently when a recipe I found called for them. They give a really nice bite to whatever you use them in, or even just as a snack. These are my go-to now over sunflower seeds.

Delicious, they add a nutty taste and they stay crunchy when added to rice, salads, and other dishes. I add them to trail mix too.

Great snack in mid afternoons for a pick me up

I was skeptical about ordering the organic roasted pepitas as it has been many decades since I have incorporated them in my diet. However, as an elder with a slower metabolism and sick of aging, I ordered these to begin a cleaner diet. I was so delighted when I tried a small handful from the bag! They are fantastic! The nutritional benefits aside they are fabulous for baking and snacking! They are crunchy and flavorful and I am glad I order them! You won't be disappointed!!
