I love these no shell pumpkin seeds..no work, no salt! I especially enjoy them in salads and mixed in with a fall favorite of mine- butternut squash soup. Great little pumpkin seeds, fresh and crunchy, without a bit of shell. I love them in cereal or sprinkled on salad.

I like the flavor. The texture is a bit on the chewy side (like what I would guess wet driftwood would feel like). I was expecting a harder drier texture, so it is better. The flavor makes them addictive.
