These are very tasty and not bitter. I use them as a substitute for very high calorie and expensive pignola nuts when making a different version of pesto sauce. Also good sprinkled onto almost any salad.

The unsalted Roasted Pumpkin Seeds are much smaller than the regular Pumpkin seeds. I love pumpkins seed as a healthy snack. But I can't find the right salt/size combination. Guess I'll go back to the Homestyle or find another vendor with better quality control :(
