These are great in our salad or with cut up fruit. Sometimes I pan toast them in my cast iron skillet with a little olive oil and put them on top of the butternut squash soup I make- better than Panera Bread’s autumn soup.

These are my favorite Pumpkin seeds, I order them alot.

Pepitas are a nice addition to my daily smoothies. I add quite a variety of seeds and nuts from nuts.com together to make a nutritious smoothie that keeps me going for hours.

Yes, pepitas from the good ol' US of A. Tasty and multi-coloured. Very nice lightly roasted and salted. Definitely a step up from chips when you want a snack, and very healthful too: high in zinc content to support your natural immune system. Recommended!

Value is better at a big box store, but, I can't eat 2 lbs as a singleton before they start to go off.

Fresh, few broken seeds.

They don't come crunchy enough for me, so I roast them in the oven at 300 for an hour, but I need all the salt for my metabolism, and that's the important part. Good job. Ted Bernhardi

Just the right amount of salt and you do not get that greasy taste. Love it by the handful.

I use this product to make my own nut butter. I have tried seeds from other vendors and was very disappointed with the consistency of the nut butter. I plan on staying with Nuts.com to purchase nuts/seeds for my nut butters.

The only reason why gave these a 3 star rating is because I like to roast raw pumpkin seeds on my own. It tastes better. These are okay though. They work for my needs.

Tried another popular markets version of "raw pumpkin seeds" but they were not as fresh and "meaty" as NUTS' raw pepitas.

These are so good! Bought them to use in protein bars, but also love them as a delicious snack just as they are.

Great as a salad garnish, but I also use it ground with panko and herbs as part of a topping for salmon. A favorite for even my grandkids.

The salt is overwhelming; I had to soak them twice in water to remove the salt but after that adding some seasonings and RE Roasting in the oven made them perfect...needs less salt IMO

There's a plump seed inside the salted shell. There's just the right amount of salt that gets on my tongue when I bite it open to get at the seed. I've been a fan of pumpkin seeds ever since I can remember and I'm now 80 years old. There used to be a small store in downtown Chicago that salted and roasted them fresh, but it's been gone for decades now. These are just as good.

Way way over salted and also chewy which wasn't pleasant.

Was so excited to try these, and was appreciated the amount in the package. But these pumpkin seeds were SO salty that they were un-edible. Was so sad, because there was nothing we could do to make these work. Way too salty.
