I've been eating these for a very long time. Really good for you. I mix a little bit of grape seed oil and JD Dickinson fine salt and heat it in microwave for ~ 50 seconds at half power. Really great.

If I could rate them a 10 instead of a 5 I would do that, I absolutely love them.

Noticeably better than from a large chain grocery store, which are dry and flat. These are plump and fresh. Parrots agree that they're better :-)

Didn't realize they were unsalted. My wife will take care of that by roasting them in the oven with a little olive oil & sea salt. We'll read the description better next time.

I roast them at 300 degrees for fifteen minutes. Nuts should make them available roasted and then they would probably be five stars. I do not want Chinese pepitas.

Reminds me of the extra salty ones I used to buy as a youngster. These may not be for you if your not a saltaholic like me but if you want extra salty seeds these are for you!

These are cute and crunchy and so good for you! For me I took a star off because I crave salt and these guys are lacking in that department. Other than that these are are a delicious little seed that truly packs a healthy punch!

Always good in freshness and flavor. (BTW:Delivery is exceptional!) I soak them for 20 minutes in salt water then roast overnight to enjoy with sprouted pecans, blueberries and coconut yogurt in AM; put them in raw cacao bark I make with Nuts.com organic cacao butter; and husband eats them straight.

I spray these lightly with water, sprinkle popcorn salt on them and then bake them in the oven. I love salted pumpkin seeds but others are too, too, salty for me so I make my own.
