I love these organic pumpkin seeds. I roast batches of these with organic sunflower seeds, and then when cool I add a liitle soy sauce for a wonderful snacking food.

I soaked these in brine, air-dried them, and then roasted them with clarified butter, Himalayan salt, and fresh-ground black pepper, along with a pinch of cayenne. Better than anything like it that you get in the supermarket.

Shelled and roasted pumpkin seeds are wonderful, and so are these. Both make excellent snacks, but the pepitas seem to be easier to work into recipes as an ingredient.

I enjoy these with the small parrots. Go great on salads too
