I forgot how much I liked pumpkin seeds. I used to eat them when I was younger, but had them from the shell. These are shelled, roasted and salted. Yummy!!

I mix these with the 50% less salt pumpkin seeds for a great healthy snack. I've been addicted to pumpkin seeds since I was a little kid - 55+ years ago!

These taste better than even Trader Joe's, but this comment applies to all the products from nuts.com. If you love pepitas I believe these are even a better cost/volume deal than the Trader's brand, depending where you live. Even if these are a little more expensive, you'll be happy you bought them, because the flavors and the roast are at the top of the chart.

great in salads

I wanted to try these to be different. I weigh out as to not eat more then 1 oz and they are a great snack instead of high fat nuts.

love them taste better my tongue was dancing around my mouth

perfect to sprinkle over salad and when making my de-hydrated crackers ... wonderful for digestion as theres no shell!!

Thank you for selling this item, you are the only one. Everyone else adds salt. This product is a superfood and absolutely delicious.

These pepitas are so good in salads, granola, and trail mix. No roasting, no salt, just plain, natural goodness.

I roast these myself; Nuts should give me the option of buying these organic Oregon pepitas roasted. I do not want roasted organic Chinese pepitas.

Just what I wanted, fast service

I choose the dry roasted version because these don't have peanut oil in them. (I have a peanut allergy) But because there isn't any oil used the salt doesn't stick to the seeds and so it's a little bland. I tried adding more salt to a cup of the seeds, but it didn't stick.

I put the salted pepitas in the following: oatmeal, salads, cole slaw, soups, baked goods, cookies, and anything that you'd like to add a little texture, health and fun!
