Interesting the difference in your packaging delivered to our winter home in Prescott, AZ at 5,000 feet and our summer home in Alaska at 150 feet ... packages in Prescott were highly pressurized, seemingly ready to burst, but in Big Lake they probably look much like they left your plant. All of your products meet our exceptional standards, but you might do a bit of research on the effect of different elevations on your packaging ... no problems to report, but huge difference in delivery conditions.

We use these pepitas on roasted vegetables and in our salads. They are delicious by the handful. I had them as a child but hadn't seen them in tears. Yours are spectacular.

Since I am on a special diet, these are one of the few things I can eat for enjoyment. I have not had a roasted pumpkin seed since I was a kid. These are awesome. No too much salt, a nice roasted flavor. A great little snack or topping for a salad.

This was my first experience with pepitas, and I found them rather tasteless. The seeds seem to be of very good quality, though.

fresher than i get at my local coop

I roast these at 350 for 4 min. and bag them when cool. Then they are ready for salads and my favorite is rice chex, honey, berries, pepitas, almond slices and almond milk. It's so good and so healthy.

They are just what I wanted, I eat them raw and throw them in the mixer with other stuff for smoothies. Good stuff!

I love these on salads, as a toasted garnish on broiled fish (chopped or whole), or a little handful for a tasty mini snack. I toasted and finely chopped a few of these to sprinkle on our pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving. The toasty flavor did not detract from the pie and it added interest to the surface of the pie. .

We have always liked pumpkin seeds, but hated trying to remove the seed coat. And most salted things are waaaaaaaaaaaay tooooo salty for us. These are wonderful. All the roasted goodness, none of the hassle and none of the salt. Good stuff!
