These roasted unsalted pumpkin seeds are such a healthy treat when eaten alone or added to my vanilla light & crunchy granola with sweetened almond milk. If you want to make something special, try adding some into your favorite recipes like meatloaf or stuffed peppers. These flavor filled treats are a must have to keep in my pantry.

Very good but wish I could get smaller amount.

I use pepitas as a daily source of nutrition and also because they can quiet your bladder so you don't need to get up as many times in the middle of the night! I can find raw ones and roasted salted ones locally, but not roast unsalted. The ones from nuts.com are tasty, crunchy, and keep well in the bags.

Pumpkin seeds are also high in magnesium. Those in stores near me have salt. I have a container in my desk and I eat an ounce a day.

I buy these Pepitas to put in my salad! I also sometimes throw them in some of the mixes. They’re nicely salted! Pumpkin seeds are very good for you also! They are linked to reduce risk of certain cancers, very high in magnesium, may help your heart, can lower blood sugar levels (which I need!…Lol), high in fiber, and they may also improve your sleep!

I keep getting duplicates of items to review probably because I buy so many bags of them. Pepitas are really good in salads and are so healthy for you!
