The best pumpkin seeds I've had. Caution they could be habit forming

They are very fresh and I trust full of natural magnesium because they are so fresh. They are the best type of seeds for heart health.

At first it tastes a little like chocolate, i blend it with coconut milk and blueberries for smoothie, not bad. It is a very different taste. Like the fact it has a lot of Protein per serving as that is what truly interested me.

I have ordered these from you several times and ordered almonds with my last order. I eat pipettes as a snack in my car, but my favorite use in in granola I make. almonds, sunflower and pipettes, shredded coconut, coconut oil and honey baked. Best granola ever. These are so fresh and tasty. Love them sprinkled on soups and salads as "croutons." I try to resist eating them straight from the bag so it will last for more than a couple of days!

I "always" loved pumpkin seeds! I grew the most-perfect pumpkin for my FRESH PUMPKIN PIES one season in my garden (I babied it to perfection)! I would dry the seeds on a baking sheet in oven and ENJOY! I cannot believe how quickly I nibbled away my first pound bag of these little critters :) (smile)

Great tasty, plump seeds. Could use less expensive shipping methods. Wagon train would work for me if it's cheaper. Seeds themselves are inexpensive.

Great packaging and great tasting.

Sprouting neutralizes some phytic acid, thus improving mineral absorption. Nuts also contain enzyme inhibitors, which block or denature metabolic and digestive enzymes. Sprouting removes some of these inhibitors and improves overall nut digestion! Yay! And it makes them crispy and tasty!

My father was a "health nut" who educated me on the benefit of nuts, and pumpkin seeds (not really a nut, but that's OK,) were a big part of what he ate to stay healthy. He mostly put them in smoothies, but I like them plain. I also occasionally saute them in a bit of butter to toast them, then scramble two eggs in them. Great for breakfast!

Tasted delicious! Look forward to sprinkling these on squash soups; but also taste delicious just for snacking!!!!

These I order on a regular basis. I toast them briefly in the oven, let them cool, and then sprinkle them with soy sauce. They make a marvelous and healthy snack. The last time I mixed the organic pepitas with some organic sunflower seeds and found the combination just as yummy.
