The best sunflower seeds in the world. I can eat 1/2 in in one day. Salt is perfect, roast is perfect. The are one of the largest of sunflower seeds. Try them you will like them.

Quality seeds for my parrots

I didn't like them at all. My last purchase of roasted/salted seeds was delicious and were the seeds themselves but these didn't taste good.

Another wonderful memory from my youth, where my dad would grow huge sunflowers, remove the flower from the stalk, then roast it in the oven under a low temperature. These taste just like the one I had growing up. Delicious!

My favorite way to eat sunflower seed butter is on "good" bread with local honey and topped with arugula. I found this recipe in a book on honey.
