Roasted the sunflower seeds in a dry pan to get crunchy. Very flavorful. Great as a salad topping, sprinkled on Vegetables, oatmeal or just as little snack on their own.

Sunflower seeds are my go to salty snack. These are by far the best Ive ever had. They are big, meaty and not too salty. There are far too many overly salty sunflower seeds on the market.

Best I've had, and I have been chewing seeds since I can remember. I am very particular, especially saltiness, freshness, seed size and absence or presence of stems and she'll debris. These folks have it down!

Another great way to add some nutrition to that plain salad, add some crunch to peanut butter or mayonnaise sandwich. I love that I can find raw and unsalted fresh sunflower seeds. Excellent purchase, highly recommend.
