My fault really, thought I was ordering raw, ROASTED, which are 5 star. Have not tried the raw yet.

I avoid salt which sometimes means sacrificing flavor. Not the case with these. The roasted flavor is so great and the seeds so fresh I don't miss the salt at all. Love these

I bought the other sunflower seeds in the shell and found it was kind for birds. So I found this one and thought since it is rate pretty good. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed that the seeds are not very bigger than the other one. And there are many empty shells, debris, and some of them are bad. Not quite recommended for people's consumption based on the price you pay.

These are amazing!

The overall seeds are large but the kernels are smaller than expected. The hulls are quite thick. The flavor though is delicious!

Also great in my snack mix but also goes well in yogurt. oatmeal as well as cold cereal. I like to use these unsalted guys when building egg, tuna, or chicken salad sandwiches. Nuts are a good way to add healthy protein to our diet.
