Fresh, highly nutritional. I mix a pound of these together with a pound of sprouted pepitas & 2 cups of dried organic cranberries. Perfect for salad topping, yogurt mix-in or just by the handful! *Tip- I store in large freezer zip lock bags in the freezer.

These are my favorite raw sunflower seeds, I add them to my salads, cereal and yogurt...I did try the sprouted version but didn't care for them very much, gave those away.

It’s very hard to find good unsalted sunflower seeds. We get these for our parrot. They are always nice full seeds for her.

These were ‘ok’ but I don’t think they taste as good as last year. Not sure that I will continue auto delivery. But I would eat them again just not running to them.
