I haven't opened this order yet (I'm finishing up the previous order), I just wanted to make sure I had plenty of Buckwheat Groats on hand. How I normally eat them for a single serving is to boil them (60-100g) in a small saucepan in water for 8-10 minutes or so... enough time for them to soften up a little and absorb the water. Then I add cheddar cheese and salt, cover it, wait about 5 minutes until the cheese melts, stir it up and eat it. My 2 year old grandson love it too.

I make the best buckwheat pancakes with this flour. The flavor is wonderful!

I wanted to try something different. I found sprouted buckwheat on your site and decided to experiment. It was a successful experiment. I like it by itself or mixed with your organic quinoa. Talk about yummy and healthy! It's on my list of things to keep reordering.

I have started to make healthier choices. And this makes for a quick lunch for me when I have my cashew milk ready on hand. I cook it per instructions and then eat it with cashew milk and sweeten it lightly w maple syrup

While this will become part of a ground cereal, any grain has more nutrition when it's sprouted (or so they tell me).

I’ve just started using buckwheat flour in baking and this flour is amazing. It has great consistency and like flavor for pancakes, cookies, etc.

I ferment and then dehydrate these for a delicious crunchy cereal or yogurt topping.

For those of you who haven't tried buckwheat pancakes; they are so good and this is my second order cause we like them that much. They are especially delicious with a generous amount of fruit syrup. We are partial to blueberry.

It so hard to find good buckwheat flour these days. My family has been the buckwheat grinding business for 6 generations. I know what good flour is about. And it's not that brown the try to push on us.

I haven't eaten raw buckwheat yet, however, the animals in the yard are begging at my back door for more.

LOVE THESE! I make this every morning and I add walnut milk, fresh blueberries, banana and chia seeds. Warms my heart! wonderful way to start your morning.

I soaked the Buckwheat Groats for 8-9 hours and made a yummy granola with fresh blueberries, sunflower seed butter, dates and seeds. The next morning I poured unsweetened vanilla milk over the granola in a bowl and had it for breakfast. What a welcomed change of pace for breakfast.

I appreciate RAW buckwheat! All I could find in the local stores were roasted buckwheat (What?) Any way Nuts.com had the raw buckwheat, Yay. And the organic Sprouted Buckwheat is a little duster than the buckwheat that I sprout. But it's one less step I have to take to make "Crunch alive granola". Thank You Nuts.com : P

You don't have to soak it, it cooks quickly, it tastes great, and a little less than a cereal bowl full is very filling. The texture is awesome, too. I can't describe it, except to say that it is light, fluffy, and not chewy. Of course, it's not the cheapest grain you could buy (nor the most expensive), but for an American, organic grain, it's well worth the price. Oh, and if you get the 5 lb bag, it's resealable. I got 25 lbs of Kamut, and it just came in a clear plastic bag sealed with a zip tie. I resealed it with a twist tie. You don't have to do much to keep grain, so neither of those are problems. You just have to keep bugs and moisture out, and both bags will do that just fine.

It's gluten free, makes a tasty pancake and easy to grind for flour. White buckwheat has a lighter flavor and is my preference.

Rated 5 because I know it will be good. Out of town right now so I hope my daughter leaves me enough to rate it!
