I use the pectin with 8 0zGrape Juice very day, helps my arthritis, and basic aches and pains.

We previously purchased almond flour and coconut flour as well as the arrowroot powder and tapioca flour from you. The packaging is great. Our question to you is how do we best store these items? Freezer, fridge or pantry? Glass or plastic? Dark or light containers?

Great price, great product. I got two bags so I could give one to my daughter -in-law. We have been using tons of cream of tartar to make our own play dough for my grandchildren. They (a 2 and 4 yr. old) loved the picture on the bag. I also got a chuckle out of the messages on the box. But best of all, the price was great and I received my shipment really quickly! Haven't used this or my Sourdough Bread Mix yet, but have no doubt it will be great considering I've yet to find one item I don't like.

Great for Kale Chips! If you have a blender, I like to blend 1/3 cup nutritional yeast with some red pepper, chili powder, cayenne, dash of pink Himalayan salt, 1/4 cup raw coconut, and one fig or about 1/4 cup gooseberries. Blend until resembles sand. Put your head of kale, tore into pieces, in a bowl and add just a little 'milk' of choice (almond, coconut, etc.). Top with yeast mixture and use your hands to coat well. Add more milk if you need it. Then dehydrate at your desired temperature until crisp :-) Lots of variations here (and no nuts for those with allergies!!!).

I just received this item today in the cutest box, but because it's not something I will taste on its own, I will have to wait until I bake something with it to see if it's good. It got here very quickly, so that impressed me. I just wish there had been a little sample of some kind of nut, so I could taste...you made them sound delish! I was really waiting on this package to get here today. Used the last of my pectin on hand yesterday and I want to make one more batch of muscadine jelly to take with me to the farmers market tomorrow. I have already made my blueberry, blackberry , mayhaw, mint, peach, plum and some grape plus many jams but have my juice ready for one more batch. I have been thrilled with the results of every batch I make since I discovered your pectin mix. Did I tell you before that Jackie Clay is the one that told us about buying the pectin in bulk? Alum was impossible for me to find. I use this for a recipe for Sweet Irish Pickles...THANK YOU for carrying it! I exhaused all my avenues, including pharmacies here in Oklhaoma. NO one had Alum. I got puzzled looks and the comment= " Ihave never heard of it"

Wow! Super fast response from Nuts.com! I discovered them mid-blueberry season and was happy to get my clearjel when I needed it most!

Haven't used it yet but it came not properly sealed and leaked in the box and on my counter when I unpacked it. I didn't loose a lot but was surprised to see it come that way. Things happen once in a while so I don't think this will happen again. At least I have my fingers crossed.

Just received our first order of Fruit Pectin Mix. Very fast delivery, ordered on Monday and received it on Wednesday. The price is also excellent, 3 lbs with shipping cost less than 4-4.75 oz bottles. As far as we can tell it works as well or better than all of the other pectins we have used.
