Delivered quickly. Got vigorous rise in both hand-kneaded artisan bread and also in bread machine. Used it on whole wheat cycle which has longer rising time; rose too much & collapsed first time, reduced yeast from 1 1/2 tsp to 1 1/4 tsp for next 2 lb loaf in machine & it was perfect. Have already recommended to other family members that bake.

First time ordering yeast because of the shortage in the stores, but will not buy from the stores anymore because I absolutely love this yeast perfect for all my baking.

The yeast was absolutely fresh and packaged in a zip top bag which was easy to store. I would definitely buy it again versus the little packets at the grocery store.

Love the packaging. Makes it so much easier to sprinkle on stinky stuff AND measure for baking.

I love this. Sprinkle it on cooked vegetables for a great flavor boost, stir into soup, make a creamy sauce. I am allergic to dairy, and buy the 5 pound bag so I never run out!

Make a lot of jelly and the expense of the dry pectin in the stores adds up quickly. This is a lot more economically affordable. This pectin has worked out wonderful for jellies, which call for dry pectin.

My husband uses this, he says it works for him!

I've used fruit pectin from Nuts.com for years and have always found it to be the best on the market. I use lots of it for jelly and jam making to sell at a local farmers' market.

Goes great in my dairy free nacho cheese dip.

Add a dash to ordinary tap water and make it more alkaline! Also, a sprinkle into full coffee pot makes the coffee less acidic.

Great buy on really good pectin. I've used this in lots of recipes and they turn out great. I got a big order this time and split it with my mom. If you do a lot of bottling with pectin, this is the way to go. Love the product!

Wasn't sure about this product at first because it takes longer than the store bought pectin to jell. But after the jelly completely cooled (overnight) it was amazing to see that I had made a good choice.
