Make a mixture of chia, dark flax seeds, black sesame seeds and hemp seeds (with shell for more fiber) and spoon a heaping tablespoon onto morning granola mixed with lowfat ricotta cheese (high in calcium). Also add a spoonfull of the dehydrated beet powder, and fresh berries.

High quality seed. It gives my yougurt and my chicken salad a nice crunch, not to mention the healthy benefit.
