I order these for my salads, and sometimes I'll snack on them. The difference between these and other packaged sunflower seeds that I've bought is that these are always fresh. Every time I buy from somewhere else (like the grocery store), I regret it. I also think these have the right amount of salt. Sometimes you get sunflower seeds and they're drowning in salt. For me, these are perfect.

I gave these as a gift. The person I gave him to loves them and so I was glad to share them great quality.

I love how the seeds taste overall but the shells are salty to me. Maybe because the seeds i had previously didn't taste salty, even though the sodium content was higher. I wouldn't think 3mg would taste salty

If you love to crack open sunflower seeds, you MUST try these Israeli seeds. They are big and delicious! Very satisfying. Can’t imagine eating any other sunflower seeds after having these.

The sunflower seeds is as I expected them to be; however, I noticed there were some occasional dark blemishes on some seeds. Hard to tell if they're some spillage from the roasted sunflower seeds getting mixed in or that's how the harvest came out to be.
