My friend and I were making bread, that she had made before. Mixed the dough in the evening and put in the fridge. When we awoke the next day, she looked in the fridge and was amazed at how much it had risen!

A necessity for my gluten free flour mix!

Gluten free breads need a boost with this Baking Powder. Add a Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in the last stir of the spoon and POOF the biscuits, muffins, pancakes puff up!

Looking forward to using potato starch to thicken soups and sauces and for breading. Have not used it yet.

I buy in bulk to keep our freezers and refrigerator smelling clean. Also, I bake a lot so fresh baking soda is very important.

Great to deter dogs from destroying the house 1/4 powder in 1 1/2 Cup warm water in a spray bottle. White spots come off furniture but we have our house. Now I needed it to put on my dog's bandage that I'm wrapping her ankle with. Works great.
