I add nutritional yeast to soups, dairy-free sauces, breads, etc., to add rich flavor.

I have a small farm and sell jam at the farmers' market and this pectin is wonderful. Because it's in bulk I can add a little more or a little less. Best deal out there, thank you.

This is the third or fourth 25 pound box of the pectin that I've ordered. No problems using it to make my jellies. As it's cheaper in bulk than anything else I can find around here, I'll keep ordering it when I need more.

it was clumpy, like maybe it needed one of those moisture absorbing packs, but otherwise all was good.

I don't know if it is same as what you get in small jar at grocery store, I am trying to do science experiment of growing geodes on eggshells covered in alum powder. BUT it is not working after several days no, still not crystallized.

Perfect for my needs

The price was right is the reason I ordered the fruit pectin but the 5 stars is because it worked like it is supposed to. I used a recipe I already had and just used the fruit pectin I got from nuts.com. My jelly came out perfect.

I have been buying this mix for years and highly recommend it. I sell jam at a farmers market and have never had any complaints from customers nor problems with jam setting up. After years of experience you can "feel" whether you need to add a little more so having it in bulk is really handy.
