Haven't used this yet, but plan to make something with your all-purpose flour (gluten free) and will add this.

We use the alum to make our preschool playdough, and it works perfectly. I just regret that with this order, I didn't think logically about what 25# alum really meant --- I thought I was ordering 25 of the little 1# bags you sell. No problem, though; I'll just get some containers to "decant" it into for the different classrooms. Us preschoolers are problem solvers!

My goodies are like shining nuts. Would be even greater if there was a simple instructions on the package. For example, use clearjel in proportion 1 tsp per 1 cup of liquid.

Another ingredient in my vegan cheese, I love it.

Please consider an equivalent measure of a dry, powder pectin (Sure Gel) 1/3 or 1/2 Cup as a recommendation for jam, jelly and preserve recipes.

Best price. We process a lot of Strawberries this time of year. Comparable to Ball Pectin except in price. It seems we need to adjust the pectin up a little with yours but it works fine.
