Raw nuts are the healthiest nut I think and I really enjoy nuts.com raw nuts. Something else I eat to much of.

love the apricots Ieat 4 every afternoon or evening---they help me stay regular . They are some of the best dried apricots I have ever had. maybe one in a 5 lb bag is too hard to eat.

I put out a dish out that had the dark chocolate bark, the ladies all said that they did not care for the dark chocolate, but since I only had the dark chocolate, they loved the bark. The treat was gone within a very short time.
