Great to take a piece once or twice a week. One of the best sources of omega 3's and delicious to eat

I mix them with organic steel cut oatmeal, blueberries, walnuts and almonds and have been fearing this combination for about five years. My blood pressure is generally around 119/60 and for a guy over 80, that stuff must be workking

The caramel popcorn part is pretty tasty, but at first, I thought the bag was mislabeled = just caramel corn. Didn't come across any nuts so I poured out the contents to see if they were all at the bottom, and alas, there were maybe 10-15 total nut pieces (whole and broken) in the entire 1 lb. bag.

The Gorp has yet to be tried as I am slowly making my way through other products. I purchased this item based on having enjoyed similar products in the past. Enjoy the different textures and flavors. Might like more in the way of seeds to give more variety in the eating experience.

These are on hold until I complete another product. Based on two previous experiences, I enjoy the crunch biting into these. The sweetness level is right for me and I really enjoy the crunch biting into one of these cookies.

The Pecan Clusters mimic the Pecan Turtles sold elsewhere. What I like about these is they are made with Dark Chocolate rather than milk chocolate. This makes the clusters taste less sweet and for me makes the experience very satisfying.

These are not "jumbo" at all. They are the same small size as something like David's brand from the grocery store. Nuts.com used to have truly jumbo Israeli sunflower seeds that were great. Seeing the name "jumbo" here, and a lot of good reviews, I assumed this was the same product. It is not. It looks to me like it has been switched out with a different seed but they left the reviews from the old ones. As I said, they are now nothing special, so I feel like I spent a lot of money for 5 lbs of seeds in a bait and switch.

The BEST and my grandchildren LOVE the taste and the individual packages !
