I have over 30 fruitcakes to bake every holidays. It’s getting harder today find these glazed fruits in local grocery stores, and certainly more affordable.

Sprouted were the best of the bunch. I tried a number of different variation of pepitas (pumpkin seeds) (organic, raw, roasted, salted, with shells), these were hands down the best! They tasted great, smooth and nutty. They were very easy to digest--unlike raw or even roasted.
