These are our favorites. Great plain and delicious and beautiful when half-dipped into melted dark chocolate for gifts and party platters.

We use these in so very many ways I have started buying the 5 lb. bag. I blitz some up in the food processor, and eat others plain. Always delicious and very nutritious too.

Pumpkin seeds are also high in magnesium. Those in stores near me have salt. I have a container in my desk and I eat an ounce a day.

I use pepitas as a daily source of nutrition and also because they can quiet your bladder so you don't need to get up as many times in the middle of the night! I can find raw ones and roasted salted ones locally, but not roast unsalted. The ones from nuts.com are tasty, crunchy, and keep well in the bags.

Fantastic. Just organic ground peanuts, no added salt, sugar, oils, or anything else. I eat this in a PBJ sandwich, and also use it in stir-fry and dipping sauces. I also appreciate that this is still sold in a glass jar, so that I am not scraping plastic as I get down towards the bottom. Don't ever change that, please!

Great taste and crunch, without artificial dyes or preservatives. I add them to noodle bowls and salads as a garnish, along with chopped scallions and cilantro.

I put these in my nut mix that is a big part of my lunch. These grapes have just the right amount of sweet and crunch to liven up the mixture.
