These are great. I hide them and only put out a little at a time or they would be gone the second they came in the house! Dark chocolate is really good yummy. Perfect for snack!

Taste and texture are fabulous! Like these more than the ones with sugar. They will have a laxative effect if you eat too many, but that can be helpful in its own way :)

I love these dried cranberries! Always fresh and flavorful, sweet and tangy. Great for snacking on right out of the bag or adding to my oatmeal.

Growing up I ate the salted shell seeds. Now that my blood pressure rises I choose to eat the shelled variety. The salt taste is just right. I read something about a quarter of a cup every morning is good for you. This has caused me to begin the daily routine.
