I'm so excited about this product! Just need to learn how to cook it better … my first attempt was too "crunchy".

This is a very good kind of rice. My husband loves the fluffiness when it is cooked. using 3 cups of water per one cup of rice.

This was new for me! My order showed up today and I immediately made some with just a bit of olive oil and some fresh herbs. I was blown away by the flavor! So light and slightly floral! My MIL and I want to make rice pudding out of it! Can't wait to order more!!

The order arrived on Saturday around lunch time. The package was in good shape and we used some of both flours on Sunday. I can't be sure how the dog cookies came out as I don't speak dog and she does not speak English. Thank you for your prompt service. This was really nice. I brought a can of diced tomatoes and a half cup of water to a boil, mixed one cup dry Bamboo Rice. Added a few herbs and cooked slowly for 20 minutes. It was a hit.

Super fine and great to bake with!

Haven't made use of it yet, but having to be on a gluten free diet I found myself really missing bread, to have sandwich, or a piece of toast with some almond butter on it. And it's cheaper than most gltenfree flours.

I have used rice flour that I have bought from my local grocery store along with the tapioca flour that I purchased from you last month to make tempura batter for deep fried shrimp and chicken breast nuggets and needless to say, the results were incredible. I will be using the organic rice flour later today to make batter for shrimp. From now on, I will be ordering the organic rice flour along with the tapioca flour from you.

Best rice I have ever had

I am familiar with cooking wild rice and have done so many times. One thing that comes to mind is there are those who never made it before, or the cooked rice didn't turn out well, like maybe undercooked or whatever. I am suggesting cooking directions be placed with the order so one can learn what to expect and how the rice normally looks when done the correct way. Maybe some think wild rice is cooked like regular rice but it isn't, due to the time-factor and amount of liquid needed. Otherwise, I still enjoy the exterior of your packing box. Kind of makes me look forward to the 'goodies' inside. Pauline : )

I have been eating wild rice for years and it is not only delicious but super healthy. Generally expensive, this is buy far the best price I have seen for this product and I love that it comes in a resealable package.

This is my first time trying Bamboo rice and honestly, I only want to try it because I was attracted to the color. The rice taste excellent, not different than Jasmine rice with a twist. More importantly, it retains the green color when cooked which just makes me happy...I like fun, tasty and colorful foods i.e. red rice, black rice, wild rice and it's an added bonus that almost all of them are healthier and tastier than brown or which rice.

was out of my last order of red rice, always love rice of any kind, but this is a very high quality and great tasting rice.

This is a very exotic wild rice for us! I can't believe how tasty this Northern Wild rice is. My first time that I ordered was to try how it tastes, my second time, to make sure whether we really like this rice, Or just first impression! Because I have been eaten rice since I was a little child. I learned a lot from my dad what is good quality rice. We enjoy the taste of this wild rice very much. When I cooked it The shape of the rice grain is very long, yet chewy and nutty. Very tasty, indeed. My third time, I know 1 lbs will last 2 or 3 times, this time we decided to order 15 lbs so that we don't have to wait until it arrives at our place. I found that this rice is very good when I cooked it as 'fried rice'. I cut vegetables-like sweet onions, carrots, scallions, asparagus, shiitake mushroom or fresh mushroom, some chicken breast --cutting the vegetables and mushroom, in small pieces like dice, and egg with the rice follow by black pepper, black sesame, and little Japanese and Thai fish sauce . It was so YUMMY!

This is my first time trying red rice and it is amazing. It not only looks great but, it has a unique nutty taste and it is great. I will definitely be purchasing this again. Absolutely love it!!!

This was my first time to order this Northern Wild Rice. I read how to cook from Nuts' com website but it is too complicated to cook for my first experience. Moreover, I am not sure what I should do with it. But I have Japanese rice cooker which has many options for my cooking rice. I made an experiment by trying one cup first for my dinner and push the button of my rice cooker for 'brown' rice. It was so smart and it adjusted with fuzzy with any kinds of rice. When this Northern Wild Rice was done, it is chewy, nutty and most of all gave the feeling that this rice is really nutritious, and it is very healthy. I will try it again to cook fried rice and I am pretty sure it will be yummy because it is dry, and chewy should be perfect for fried rice. Thank you so much for this delicious, chewy, nutty and healthy wild rice.

Pretty good but not enough of that branny taste i get from other types of brown rice. It's sort of like a mix between brown and white. I see how some folks might like that though.

I ordered the rice and it arrived along with everything else right on time. I can't wait to try it. If it is like everything else, it is the best. I love this company. I have a cousin Dave also, so I can relate.
