Store Rice in tightly sealed plastic or glass containers in a cool, dark, dry cabinet for up to 6 months.
Directions: Directions: 3 tbsp. veg. oil 2 cups water or broth. 1 cup rice salt. Place rice and oil in large saucepan. Fry on med. high heat stirring constantly until lightly browned. Carefully add the liquid. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Cover and let simmer 35-40 minutes. Do not stir. Turn heat off and let steam for 15 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.

Should you be reading this post .. then you must like rice with flavor, that still has vitamins and other minerals ... you want something that has NOT had everything processed out of it. Yep! Then this is the rice for you. I grew-up on brown-rice and brown-sugar then ... I married a Basmati rice person who didn't want anything else - so I have eaten some rice over the years. This is the second time I have ordered this rice and it will not be the last time.
