I usually have hot flashes when I eat sweet stuff but today I asked with this flour and I did not have hot flashes like usual. I am really excited about this product, Gluten free all purposes flour.

Just what I needed to make gluten free bread

Top-notch all around....I added 15% to my chestnut cake mix and PRESTO-CHANGO....it picked up the flavours like magic, but retained the chestnut character. 100 STARS!

great coconut flour

I'm a professional pastry chef and this is by far the best all purpose gluten free flour. It's not gummy, it doesn't require added time for hydration, the ingredient list is short, and you can purchase larger quantities without any problem. If you're looking for the best way to offer almost identical pastries then this is your flour!

BEST tasting gluten free all purpose baking flour yet!

Wow. I received my first order from Nuts.com, and so impressed with everything! The packaging is so creative, functional, and fun, I didn't restore in my usual glass containers in my pantry. They sit bright and proud on my shelves. My first try with coconut flour (of any kind) in a new recipe blend for cornbread, that's the best I've ever made, including non-gluten free. I also used it for a new fried fish batter recipe and so light, airy and crispy, I will never change to another. All that means I am a fan of Nuts.com, and sure that all of the other products are equally five star rating, quality and economy. Thank you!

Haven't tried this item yet but will soon. Have several friends who require this in their diets. Would love to please them with their favorite desserts replacing the wheat flour in those recipes.

I wish you had an intermediate size of durum flour. You provide one pound bags (too little) and 25 lb. pounds. How about 10 or 15 pound bags? I am not a baker - just a retired housewife who likes the durum flour for bread making.

I buy sprouted grains from to yourhealth.com and grind my own flour as I need it, keeping unused grains in the freezer. I wanted to try this flour it being an unusual blend. Thanks nuts! So many healthy great tasting items it is hard to choose what to buy!

The product is great. I am having a problem making gluten free pasta. I sell hand made pasta at a farmers market in St. Augustine, FL. I wanted to make the gluten free but have not had any luck. Do you have any recipes that may help? I make a standard gluten dried pasta in various flavors but I am having trouble getting a gluten free pasta that has any strength to hold together. Keeps wanting to fall apart. I made some today with the 1 to 1 and pasteurized eggs but it won't even stay together on the drying rack, keeps falling apart and falling on the floor. Any ideas?

I grew up using cracker meal in my breadings and was very disappointed not to find it in grocery stores anymore. I was very excited to see that I could get it online from you!

It's wonderful that I am able to find what I need for my family member who has fructose malabsorption. It would be great if you could develop a cake mix that is good, sugar free or made with glucose and wheat free for those with this disorder. can't beat the delivery time, and the shipping box gave me a laugh! Will be taking the cracker meal to Cape Cod for my famous Christmas scalloped oysters. Bought extra bags for my grand-daughter in LA and my daughter in MA-they haven't been able to find cracker meal either. Really like the sturdy orange packaging-it will hold up in the freezer without needing extra wrapping. you're the best!
