Nuts.com is the only place I've found 'Spicy Fava Beans.' The beans are always fresh and a little spicy; I add a little cayenne pepper, which gives them a little more kick. Fava beans are a healthy snack - high in fiber, folate, manganese and iron. They contribute to heart health, improve digestion, and bone development.
