we are heavily into making our own pasta now...even tried freeform ravioli! Really love the texture and color your semolina flour gives our pasta. A 1 lb. bag is not enough!

I use 3/4 of a cup of the Semolina flour in my recipe for White Bread. This recipe gives us 3 loaves of bread, I have been baking this bread recipe for at least 6 or 7 years, so we do not purchase any store bought bread.

I like the coarse texture that gives a rustic quality to the finished product.

Mixed with regular flour this makes superb English muffins. And it is far superior to cornmeal on the outside.

Great flour that I use when making pizza dough. I use half semolina and half bread flour. I've been very pleased with the nuts.com semolina.

Couscous is a repeat order. Cooks in very little time and goes with any meat entree or vegetable entree.

Your whole wheat flour is wonderful...I hope you never change it! The slightly coarse grind, the wonderful bran, the amazing fresh smell! I am stocking up for the winter, ahead of what I fear might be another winter of sparsely stocked supermarket shelves. Seriously, best whole wheat flour I have ever used.

I use wheat bran in bread and muffins I bake from scratch. They are very healthy with this ingredient.

Added bonus on yogurt! Used to use it years ago. Can’t believe I stopped.

Everything at Nuts is delicious. This couscous is no exception. Much tastier than the supermarket version.

This couscous is a very easy & delicious way to put whole wheat grain into my veggie stews. I add a quarter cup of couscous to the hot, cooked stew and wait a bit. After a few minutes, the couscous is softened up and ready to eat.
