Been searching for a couple of years for a graham flour since the mill near my home closed. This is the only place where I found the flour at a reasonable price. Very happy to be able to buy it again.

"Your" bulgur wheat is the best! It is so nutty! Bulgur wheat is my favorite substitute for brown rice - and it cooks in a fraction of the time.

My and I love cooked cereal like Farina, Oatmeal and other grains. We can eat it for any meal, not just breakfast.

Fresh taste, no unwanted husks like some brands. Can’t get this item in my neighborhood stores so ordered several 1 pound bags to drop in the freezer

I especially like the coarse grind, which makes like the Irish specialty flours; it's great to be able to have that for all my whole wheat baking.
