This is my second purchase of this Whole Wheat Flour because it is like none I have ever seen. It seems to be ground differently (or perhaps the bran is ground separately and added back). I don't know, but it is a different texture and makes beautiful whole wheat bread.LINDA, Woburn, MA

Organic Sprouted Wheat Flour:
I substituted this flour for all purpose flour in a bread machine bagel recipe. One pound of flour equals about 3 cups of flour so I used the whole bag. These bagels were delicious. The texture was a little chewy as bagels are supposed to be, and the flavor was wonderful! It worked well with smoked salmon and cream cheese as well as with a sweetened cream cheese. I will definitely purchase again. Now I just have to figure out how much yeast to use with this flour to get them to rise properly...Therese, Eastlake, OH
