With so many dietary restrictions, this flour is worth every penny. My kids cannot tell we have changed from wheat to super sprouted. The recipes are great and the taste even better.

Everything came in great , we love the packaging and the coconut flour makes things So nutty good. I have a daughter that has diverticulitis and she can’t eat nuts whole ,but with thanksgiving coming, I thought I’d use the meal. She loves pecan pies and other pecan goodies.

High quality product. Definitely requires some planning for what you add it to, doesn’t pair well with everything. Really liked it paired with chocolate and tropical fruits (mango).

Haven't tried it yet but I do have a coffee flour brownie that I'm making tonight!! Nuts.com has always excelled.

I combined this 00 with semolina flour to make dough for a calzone. the two together created a wonderfully cracker-like crust (not everyone’s idea of a calzone, I know) with good flavor. leftover calzone the next day had staled to more of a traditional calzone crust. again, excellent flavor and texture.

It works much better than any other 1-for-1 GF flours I tried. We don't need GF but some members of our church do, so when it's my turn for coffee hour, this is what I use for baking.

Love it. I actually mix it with the pancake mix and my pancakes come out fluffy and yummy. I also use for muffin recipes too.

looking forward to using this product as I am getting away from wheat flours. I like coconut and hoping this will give added flavor to my recipes.

I began using Kyrol in 1998 when I bought a bakery that had been using it. It's a high quality bread flour that we also used in making a butter cookie that always sold out. Nuts.com is the only place that I've found Kyrol, since I retired.

Odd taste. I don't have a lot of experience with gluten free flours but I do not like the taste of this flour. I tried Bobs Redmill once and I didn't like that either so it may just be that I don't like gluten free.

Very fresh- this flour gets an off taste if it isn't fresh or stored properly. Much better than what is locally available. Wonderful for vegetable fritters.

This heavier gluten free mix is just right for stronger baking needs. Quick breads and pie crust my two favorite uses. I keep a large jar of it handy always.

I'm new to gluten free baking, since I only do it for a friend. This flour is the very best of all I've tried, it really is a 1-to-1 flour. After tasting some muffins I made, another friend is going to start buying this product.

Excellent AP (all purpose) GF (gluten free) flour. I’m not GF but I bake for those who are. GF or not, between this 1:1 (can make your own with supplies from Nuts), and the variety of nut flours from Nuts, nobody can tell the difference. Actually!

I just got this order so I haven't had a chance to try the flour. I've been trying to find a white ultragrain in our local grocery stores with no luck so I was happy to see it here.

LOVE THIS CRACKER MEAL. WAS VERY UPSET WHEN NABISCO QUIT MAKING IT AND FINALLY FOUND IT ON NUTS.COM. i WAS THRILLED WHEN I FOUND IT AND LOVE IT FOR COOKING, BREADING ETC. ORDERED MORE AND MY FAMILY LOVES IT AS WELL!

Haven't used it yet but like all the rest of the shipment, everything is well packed and fresh appearance. Should save me a lot of time trying to make my own gluten free flour which never turns out right.

Made beautifully light, fluffy cakes! Only thing I found odd was that the flour was packaged in bags that could have held at least 4 pounds of flour, but there were only 2 pounds in it.

Love this! It adds a nice flavor to my baking.

This makes my favorite ever pizza dough. I use it in my normal pizza dough recipe and it results in a dough that's noticeably silkier and much more fun to work with than regular all-purpose or bread flour, and I think the resulting pizza has a better crust as a result. Delicious!

My search for a quality, high protien flour is finally over. Kyrol flour makes the most tender, soft and lofty loaves that I have ever baked. Finally a "strong white bread flour" in the USA. My grandkids are thrilled with how much better thier bakes turn out when we use Kyrol flour.

Like all your products. So far I have found them to be terrific.

Much better than the boxed stuff from the store! I put some fresh blueberries in the mix and they were heavenly.

All 3 boxes were beat up pretty bad by the time they arrived and 2 of 3 were open.
