In an effort to lower my cholesterol, I added wheat germ to my diet. Not only did it help to reduce my cholesterol, I found I love it on my peanut butter toast!! I’m hooked!!

This has a very good savory flavor. I made my version of tabouli with it and it had just the right amount of chew and wheaty flavor. It is important to note that this is not the type of super-fine grind that you can just pour boiling water over and allow to sit and swell up. It is necessary to simmer it for a short while before using it in the recipe.

Solid couscous but the seam on the side of the bag tore open (about a two-inch split) in transit so a fair bit spilled out into the box and was unusable/messy to deal with.

Used this in a nutty bread machine recpie. It's wonderful
