Love adding this to soups and sometimes I even put it in meatloaf. My husband has something against these little grains so I try to sneak it in when I can. He has never said anything about it and even takes seconds. Don't tell.

Puts a yummy crunch in my peanut butter Buckeye recipe.

They don't taste bad but don't add much flavour either.

These have been a great discovery for us. We tried it to get away from so much rice all the time and found they were yummy. More flavor and more crispy than puffed rice. It's nice to have another no gluten & no sugar cereal option.

What a nice way to start your morning! You can eat them by themselves or use them like a side (treat them like grits) with eggs.

Add some Almond milk and ground flax seeds and there is no more need for your normal morning cereal

This is a reorder. It's wonderful in my bread recipes.

This is a new ingredient for me as we are trying hard to adhere to a gluten-free diet. This was recommended as an ingredient in Bobby Flay's new cookbook, Fit (highly recommend, by the way..) I look forward to exploring this further .. very tasty.

Can't explain exactly why, but I continue to order the quinoa from Nuts.Com because it tends to have a fresher, better flavor than other quinoa I have purchased either from grocery stores or even health food stores. A great product!!!

Having tried these in England a few weeks ago at that time I ate them as soft quinoa puffs. I had these this morning and I LOVE the crunch! I enjoy them far more than the soft ones. Super product, fresh, delicious and arrived sooner than I thought. All round marvellous!

This is my favorite Organic Toasted Quinoa, which I have stated in my previous comments. I have this for breakfast almost daily with toasted sliced almonds, toasted coconut and cooked blueberries. I also add Quinoa to my salads with a poached egg. Just trying to eat healthier!

I believe this is probably my second time ordering the Organic Red Quinoa. I am trying to add more Quinoa in my diet in place of white rice. It took me awhile to get accustomed to the texture, but I now prefer this over rice.

Since I discovered organic quinoa puffs on Nuts.com, I substitute it for rice krispies in every recipe. Not only is rice barely marginal in nutrition and soaks up a TON more arsenic from the soil than quinoa, quinoa is bursting with nutritional benefits!
