I love it!

This flour makes converting old recipes so much easier. Always fresh and is packaged in a smaller amount so I use it up quickly. Stores in the freezer well, too.

A must for my bagels and bialys. It gives them the perfect chew!

Second of what is to be all future pancake mix purchases. Best mix I have ever used. Easy to mix up a batch of the best, tastiest, fluffiest pancakes and waffles!

If you're into coconut flour or want to just get out of other heavy-duty sweeteners this will be your go-to other sweetener. It's is real good a teaspoon or two in your smoothie or if you like cream of wheat put a teaspoon or two on that too, and then drink or dig in.

This is a super delicious mix!!! Easy to make as well. I highly recommend it. The only thing...It would be helpful if the recipe was on the package.

Have a friend that eats gluten free and I use this to make pancakes mostly. She loves them. Also use to make coating for mozzarella sticks.

There items were all great, but the last order of Barzel nuts I received were much to big not at all like the order I placed previously. Why can't they be consistent?

I usually grind up a box of crackers for breading but they're never this fine. Used once so far to bread boneless pork chops an the crumbs adhered well, so I may include with my next order.

I have been looking for a gluten free flour to make bread in my bread maker. YES!

My favorite bread flour

I have made my meatballs from my late mother in laws recipe with cracker meal for over 62 years very difficult to fine this product and so expensive for me at 84 years old (for the shipping) as I only use a pound at a time

I order this as often as possible as it makes the best pizza crusts.
