Flour has been hard to find and I was happy to be able to order this white whole wheat. It worked very well in my favorite recipe for banana bread.

Made several things using the flour and all turned out good.

I’ve been using this for bread for about 10 years now. Makes for a lovely, stretchy bread with fine grain. Really happy that Nuts carries it, since I no longer have access to my local restaurant supply house!

Delicious! I would ask you to please put the instructions on the bag, but I was able to pull up the directions on the website easily.

My favorite gluten free flour. Fine texture and naturally tasty. I use this to make pancakes, muffins and for anything needing wheat flour.

These cooked up very well. I added blueberries and chopped pecans for a little a twist. A friend complained that pancakes did not stick with him until lunch. The addition of the chopped pecans the pancakes until lunch. And of course the chopped pecans were from Nuts.com.

Usually the grahams are much lighter in color and finer. This delivery of 50# the crumbs a very dark and coarse texture

Very good flower. My husband always bakes our bread and he said that this is the best one.

The flour has a nice consistency and blends well in recipes. I like it because it is gluten free.

I had to have an alternative to regular flour containing "gluten". This is great for baking and I also use it to coat my chicken and meats! Now I don't worry about eating something that is going to hinder my health!

Best flour to pizza

Purchased the coconut flour but it came in two different colors. Same size and the labels were identical but in the end I gave it away to a friend. I could not take the risk of one of them not being gluten free. Stuff happens but it cannot happen with gluten free or any allergy free product. Someone packed it and noticed it. Please take care and in the future correct and do not send product packed two different ways, even if it is the same.

It was easy to work with but it has a mild beany taste.

Everything I bake with this flour comes out perfect. No one would ever know that I didn't use plain white flour.

So glad to finally have some cracker meal. Love to use it to fry seafood. Can't find cracker meal in stores anymore.

I use this flour in place of wheat flour in my recipes and it comes out just as good. It is great to thicken stews and soups and makes tasty choc chip cookies. yum

I followed the recipe for choc coffee flour muffins it was awful, bitter, did not bake thru no matter how long it baked, guess I'll look for another recipe to use up the rest of the flour

We have all sorts of gluten free flours at our house. This strong mix is my go-to flour for quick breads and other flour needs including breading and roux.

I work for a coffee roaster (actually work in the kitchen of their cafe) in Watertown Wisconsin. Everyone was wowed by the coffee flour & it was talked up at the monthly coffee classes. We will be ordering some to sample out to customers. I made brownies & everyone loved them. The smell was like cherries to most people so the next batch of brownies will be Black Forest with pie cherries in them, maybe some cream cheese too. Accidentally spilled some in my car & the car hasn't smelled this good since it was new...:)

Used it with the dark rye flour to make a loaf of no-knead bread, my husband even liked it!

I have not used it in cake yet but have mixed it in muffin mix .

Baking/Cooking low carb/keto for almost 3 years. This is the go to coconut flour I use. Great consistency without a strong coconut taste.
