I can't believe I "slept" on this! These are definitely not the "bottom of the bag" half-popped kernels you might break a tooth on. These have a "soft" crunch that is wildly addictive! Can't wait to try other flavors!!!

We like the nutritional value and the quality of the grain. It also helps with our digestive system and elevates constipation.

This is my go to for flour since I have to stay away from gluten, but need protein. Thanks for providing the groats already ground.

The tropical fruit salad is a great mix of fruit with one exception.....the only reason I did not give it a 5-star is because there was only 1 piece of kiwi fruit in it. It would have made the mix much better with more kiwi.

Absolutely perfect macaroons. This is how macaroons are supposed to be: firm, not too sweet because coconut doesn't really need lots of sugar to be tasty.
