Amazingly good and crunchy.

I put this in everything, as I love peanut butter. Make a great peanut butter icing for a good chocolate cake. A little dab will do ya.

What could be better than good old natural peanuts. Yumm.

hard to find good unsweetened coconut at a reasonable price AND usable package size. If I don't need to use chips, I just pulse the chips a bit in the blender.

I grew up with an apricot tree in my parents’ backyard, so I know what a real, perfectly ripe apricot is supposed to taste like. Store-bought apricots have always been a letdown—either underripe or overly mushy—and fully dried ones are usually tough and leathery. These half-dried apricots, though, are spot on. They’re soft with just the right amount of juiciness, and the flavor instantly takes me back to my childhood.
