I bought this 00 flour to make homemade Italian pizza dough. I never tried it before, but the recipe called for this flour. Our reaction is absolutely amazing. The pizza dough was flaky, soft, not dense. 00 flour is definately a keeper. I will buy this flour again.

Makes super bread as long as you don't exceed 50%. Always add some all purpose flour or it will not rise well. The sprouting lowers the gluten level of the flour which determines the ability of the dough to rise.

I do like it, but can't use it very often.

It is tasty. Not as fluffy as the bisquick pancakes I make but the taste makes up for more than that. I highly recommend it. My only suggestion is to put the instructions on the bag.

This pancake mix is great because it is not overly sweet. It has a nice taste which allows you to put anything in the batter you like and allows you to put a variety of toppings on it.
