Very pleased with these! The chocolate coins are much thicker than I expected which is nice. They're a decent milk chocolate - slightly sickly sweet but much much better than the terrible waxy and thin chocolate coins you get from other stores. Very excited to incorporate these into our Halloween candy this year! I wish they made "pirate coins" instead of just the US silver dollar version.

The only thing that scared me was that some of the nuts were roasted in peanut oil. I have an allergy. Perhaps olive oil or a veggie oil can be used, I didn’t see that when I read the instructions before purchasing, only saw the nuts that were in the combination.j

I recommend peeling them before eating, as they're so much better peeled and it's too bad they don't come that way. To me they taste like a cross between some kind of nut and an unsalted potato chip. A great snack for those looking for a healthy dose of fiber and protein.
